The June meeting was held at The Grand Villa at 7:31PM and opened by President Eric Duram. Last month’s minutes were approved. We will continue to meet at the Grand Villa through February 2020 except for the holiday months.
Treasurer Matt Huizing paid for t-shirt trophies, pizza for the board meetings, autocross debts…etc. we have about the same amount of money as last month.
Member at Large Dan Moody had no report.
Past President Nic Boris had no report.
Vice President Sam Rogers is keeping the autocross equipment and reports that all is working well. He is working on some battery issues. FG is loaning the equipment to the WMR this weekend.
Speed and Ice: Sam R said the last event at MCC went well. The next event is July 6-7 at GVSU. After that the next event is at My Auto Import in the fall.
Social Chair Mary Savage requested volunteers to get the meat and to grill for the summer party at Johnson Park. The party will start at 6:00. Everyone can take a side to share and BYOB. Soft drinks and the ice cream truck is provided by the club.
65th FG party has not been decided yet. Thinking about early October.
MembersChip hair John Atsma still needs the membership information from Jake Wierengo.
Rally Chair Nic B said August 10 is the new date for the Mid-Summer Night’s Dream Rally which will start in Lowell travel to Greenville and end at Eric D’s house. Grilled food and bonfire to follow. BYOB and a chair to sit on.
We are also planning on a fun color tour in the fall.

Announcements: Bruce B announced the WMR regional at Grattan the next weekend. We would like to encourage members to come out as there are many opportunities to help. Scribe in the control tower, grid, tow truck and corner flagging is available.
Along with that there is a welcome party on Friday night and Que-it-up for dinner on Saturday. Pete H needs extra flaggers for the corners for Saturday.
Pete also hopes to be in their house by next month’s meeting.
Eric and Sherry Duram just had their 9th grandchild.
